Biography

Griffin works with businesses and individuals in a wide range of legal matters. His practice is focused primarily on helping both for-profit and non-profit businesses achieve their goals through comprehensive legal representation. He understands the complex issues facing businesses in the modern economy and is particularly passionate about helping small businesses confront these challenges. Griffin also has experience with federal and state healthcare regulatory matters, as well as state and local taxation.

Griffin was raised in Litchfield, New Hampshire. He received his B.S. in Environmental Science from the University of New England. Griffin graduated cum laude from the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law, earning his J.D. with a certificate in Health Law and Policy. During his time in law school, Griffin served as a teaching assistant for the legal writing program and sat on the University of New Hampshire Graduate Student Senate. Additionally, he interned with a wide range of organizations before joining Ransmeier & Spellman, including Northeast Delta Dental, the Charitable Trusts Unit of the New Hampshire Department of Justice, and New Hampshire Legal Assistance.

Outside of work, Griffin enjoys playing music, reading, and cooking for his family. Griffin is also a doting uncle to his niece, Lucy.
