 On November 18, 2011, HealthEd is hosting a seminar entitled "New Hampshire Elder Law 2011: Legal, Financial, Medicaid Today".  It will be held at the Holiday Inn in downtown Concord.  Topics include Medicaid Payment for Long-Term Care, Medicaid: New Developments, Health Care Decisions, Legal Capacity, Guardianship/Conservatorship, Advance Directives, Trusts.
