Lisa is a Shareholder and Director of the firm. She recently was named a Rising Star in the 2011 New England Edition of Super Lawyers.
Lisa joined the firm in 2003 after a two-year judicial clerkship at the New Hampshire Superior Court. Since that time, she has concentrated her practice on litigation.
Lisa's practice is focued on defense of municipalities and school districts in a variety of matters including the defense of civil rights claims. She also advises and represents corrections facilities and corrections officers. Lisa has experience before the state and federal courts. Her reported appellate cases include Naser Jewelers, Inc. v. City of Concord, 538 F.3d 17 (1st Cir. 2008) and Yoder v. Town of Middleton, 152 N.H. 363 (2005). Lisa also has obtained summary judgment on behalf of her clients in numerous cases in both state and federal court.
