Jeff is a member of the firm’s Business Group and its Estate Planning Group.
He has a Masters degree in tax law and has assisted businesses and individuals for over twenty-five years in meeting their business, professional and personal goals.
Jeff’s practice includes the representation of businesses and business owners throughout their lives and the cycle of their business. His practice also includes estate planning from the simple to the sophisticated.
He advises clients in the formation of various business entities, including limited liability companies and in the purchase and sale of businesses, ownership succession planning and the myriad of operational matters that confront businesses such as employment contracts, executive compensation, non-compete and confidentiality agreements, leases, buy-sell agreements, and dissolution.
Jeff advises clients on tax planning and works with a client’s tax professional to create optimal tax strategies consistent with the client’s goals. Jeff also works with individuals and couples to plan for their estates, provide healthcare documents, Durable Powers of Attorney, Trusts and Wills.
Jeff is the author of several articles on tax and business law and has lectured to professionals and the public on legal issues.
Jeff was born and raised in Concord, New Hampshire where he attended St. Paul’s School. Jeff went to college (Oberlin) in the Midwest and practiced law in Boston before returning to Concord to raise his family.
